The Records Division is CLOSED until further notice, due to budget and staffing cuts.

If you have an emergency, call 911. If you need to report a non-emergency, call 541-474-5123 between the hours of 9:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday.  Non-emergent crimes can also be reported on-line by using the Sheriff's Office Citizen Service Portal link to the right.  If you are reporting a property crime such as a theft, burglary or vandalism please use the online reporting option.  If a crime occurred, you will receive a case number for insurance and documentation purposes.

Records Division Responsibilities:

• Fielding and entering non-emergency crime reports.
• Fulfilling public records requests.
• Answering general questions about law enforcement and county ordinances.
• Reporting crime statistics to the state and federal government.
