Due to the shortage of personnel and a significant increase in civil document preparation and Concealed Handgun License Applications, the Civil Division of the Josephine County Sheriff’s will be reducing the hours it will be open to the public effective Monday, September 10, 2012.

THE CIVIL OFFICE WILL BE OPENED TO THE PUBLIC ON MONDAYS ONLY – FROM 9:00am-Noon & 1:00pm- 4:00pm for the purpose of:

Accepting Concealed Handgun License Applications

Accepting Court Certified Documents for Service

Non-Criminal Fingerprinting

The Civil Office is now located at the Josephine County Adult Jail at

1901 NE F St. (Behind Walmart)

Court documents will continue to be picked up at the courthouse and processed for service Tuesday – Friday.
